The only reason I go to the supermarket these days is to buy toilet paper, paper towels and the two items I use to clean my house with. However, you won’t find these items in the toxic chemical gauntlet otherwise known as the cleaning aisle. Simply pushing my trolley down that aisle is enough to give me a headache, with all of the smells and the rows and rows of brightly coloured boxes. That aisle is also completely unnecessary. A beautiful clean house is not created with synthetic chemicals. It’s created with fresh air, purifying house plants, and a few natural products.
